# Set Window Opaqueness

Go to **Preferences > Opaqueness** and change the value in the dialog window. 

The default value change is 5, but the value can be set by keyboard input as well.

0 is complete transparency, and 100 (the default) is complete opaqueness.

This setting does not persist once Plover2CAT is closed.
